What is your 30 Day Healthy Guarantee/Return Policy?

When you choose Aetrex, you make the healthy choice. With our Healthy Guarantee, wear the shoes or Aetrex Orthotics for up to 30 days (from the date of purchase) and if you are not completely satisfied, return them to us.

Returns are free! Simply use the postage-paid return label that was provided in your original shipment. Once your return shipment has been received and authorized, a refund will be processed within 10-14 business days in the original form of payment. Shipping charges from the original order cannot be refunded.
