We’ve launched a new store locator management system built by AI that replaces the spreadsheet workflow and significantly reduces manual data entry.
To add a new store:

You only need to enter:
- Store name
- Address
The address field includes autocomplete and validation, so city, state, zip, and country will populate automatically.
After submission, the system will pull available store details from Google if the system can match the store name to the address (phone number, email, and store hours). From there, just select the products the store carries using the checkboxes.

From the dashboard, you can:
- Search for stores
- Edit store details
- Delete stores
All existing store locator data has already been imported and will sync to the website within 24 hours.
This should eliminate spreadsheet issues and make the process much easier. If you run into any issues, please let me know — this is a new system and feedback is helpful.
