How do returns work when I use Afterpay to make a purchase?

With our Healthy Guarantee, a customer is able to wear the shoes or Aetrex Orthotics for up to 30 days (from the date of delivery) and if not completely satisfied, the customer can return them.

Returns are free and simple to do, even when using Afterpay as a payment! The refund will be processed to the original form of payment and should reflect in your account within 5 to 7 days from the day of the drop-off. Shipping charges from the original order cannot be refunded.
